Job Title: Marketing Associate

Sinoasia Affinity Solutions (Beijing) Ltd. is a service company providing affinity solutions to our partners in motor/mobile/medical service industry. The company was co-founded by Sinoasia Alliance Group, a Hong Kong based financial and reinsurance management company, and BizInsight Group, a prominent Korean company specialised in Third-Party Administration and Medical/Travel assistance services, with its affiliate companies in Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and the representatives in Europe and Americas. We are looking for an individual with the ambition to grow this business in China supported by these two group companies.
The company has already secured various partnerships in China with major insurance companies and leading market players in the field of motor, medical and financial industry. The joining person will be account for managing these partners as well as developing new partnership by helping Head of Affinity Solutions located in Beijing, China.

The candidate must be energetic and aggressive as this job may faces various sales driven tasks, plus able to work under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support Head of Affinity and contribute the revenue of the company by managing the business relationships with target institutional clients (e.g. motor, medical, mobile-phone and etc)
• Prepare and conduct the presentation or host the workshop for institutional clients through frequent business trips inland/overseas if necessary.
• Liaison between Sinoasia Group companies and BizInsight Group for the business cooperation and exchanges.
• Engaged in ad-hoc projects such as market research and general administrations requested by the reporting lines and management.
• Verbal/Written English translation for Head of Affinity (who is Korean)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 3 ~ 5 years of work experience in B2B or institutional marketing
(Experiences in insurance companies or insurance broker is plus)*
*On-Job training will be provided
3. English speaking/writing/translation is must (2nd language as Korean is plus but not must)

Compensation:
• Basic salary: Monthly salary RMB 15,000+
• Bonus : Maximum 2 times of monthly salary based on target revenue given by the management
• Basic social benefits are included
